We were amazed by the room decoration. The hotel is placed in the most convenient spot of the town, enabling the visitor to walk through the whole historical center of Arezzo. Large room, bathroom of superb design, very good breakfast (with real italian coffee!!!). Overall, a great experience.

A very well-equipped and centrally placed hotel with helpful staff. Large rooms well air-conditioned in the very hot weather of this summer. Very near the historic centre of the town and easy to reach by car. Garage.
Bathroom open to the bedroom - no doors! What if the other person is sleeping and wishes not to be disturbed? Bad design! Breakfasts could be better.

The king room was stylish and came equipped with an ironing set, a work desk, and a TV. the bed was a comfortable size, and there was even a nice bathtub for relaxation. 🛁.

The best hotel I've stayed in in Arezzo (and I've stayed in many). Quirky, cool furniture and fantastic bedrooms. Giant bathubs, frescoes on the ceilings, friendly staff, ample breakfast and perfect location - what's not to like? Good price too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Excellent location, 3 minutes' walk from the old town and from the train station. Our room (the Raphael) was very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Generally, the hotel has very few facilities (no restaurant, no bar, no fitness room etc.) so it hardly qualifies for a 4 star grade. The bathroom is not separated from the bedroom. The minibar is poorly stocked. Breakfast contains mostly pastry, little else.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were amazing, with a deep bathtub and a huge shower with multiple water heads. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was a lack of basic amenities in the room, such as soap and towels, and the receptionist didn't make an effort to solve the issue.

The unremarkable entrance conceals a big surprise. Our room (Pirandello) under the eaves was beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom area. The staff were delightful. Breakfast was excellent.

fine hotel, great staff, modern rooms, continental breakfast
rooms are a little quirky - ours had a two person shower in the bedroom (actually was just fine, just looked a bit weird), another room had colored lights in the tub/shower.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
